I do not think there should be any mystery as to why we are at this price and I offer the following two observations to support my reasoning:

1. The only people who have publicly stated that the POET technology actually works and is real are POET board members, POET management or members of this board who I assume all are shareholders. None of the above are actual or potential Customers. Until such time as a deal is announced with an Apple, Google, Samsung or the like we cannot be definitively sure that this is marketable, let alone disruptive technology.

2. It also doesn't help that and please correct me if I am wrong that not one "insider" has used his/her own cash to buy shares in this Company in the last six months at least, even at this low SP level.

Everything we have read on this board for the longest time has been pure speculation and while it at times has been interesting it is certainly not the stuff that is going to propel this stock forward.

The respected posters here (ET, FJ, Mack, oogee, Rob etc sorry if I missed anyone) have all provided interesting and helpful DD but at the end of the day we have still not been advised that there are any "customers" on record and without that announcement this investment remains very high risk.

Having said that I have no intention of selling.
