Jrv1: So if the 3rd party chip developers pay for the PDK then that will result in non-recurring engineering revenue with OEMs..?

It would result in NRE revenues with the 3rd party chip developers. I wouldn't use the term OEM here.

Jrv1: What about the MS listed for Q1 2015 and undated 2015?

The 40 nm target (to be worked on after the lab-to-fab transition) is the precondition for the 3rd party chip developers to have their chips actually produced. After they developed a chip – which will take quite some time – they will ahow up at a fab with their developed chip – which at this stage is a pure software model – and ask them to manufacture the actual hardware. Such fabs will have to get "POET-enabled", which is another source of NRE revenues.

Eventually chips will be produced and sold. At this point POET Technologies will harvest royalties per chip.
