I don't believe anyone has stated that PNP was out of money, only that he was forced to reallocate a portion of assets within his fund. This to me is a logical explanation. Should we include the possibility of future warrants being exercised by Sheldon that threshold is probably close to being breached (as many of sheldon's other stock picks within the portfolio have fallen increasing PTK's weight).

Moreover, though Sheldon may have been allowed to sell, this does not necessarily means that he is allowed to buy (being an insider). The sale of his shares, if pre-orchestrated would be permitted. Has anyone reached out to CC as to whether a freeze on insider buying is still in effect?
