Wow.

This is certainly a difficult rollercoaster ride, and not one for the faint hearted.

Nobody on this board would have suspected we'd be at these levels; but here we are.

Now consider this, and this is important.

Have any fundamentals changed. No ... not in the negative sense. Fundamentals are strong and have improved significantly. This is not pumping, this is fact.

We all know that we have experienced unpleasant headwinds; Taylor sold 300K for personal financial reasons, Sheldon sold a bunch out of necessity due to Pinetree issues, and the SP trend is triggering selling. But the fundamentals of POET remain strong and unchanged.

So what do we need. What is the medication that will reverse our current situation.

Well we have the 2 milestones due before Christmas, but we must be realistic. Previous MS completions have been positive, but also lacklustre in SP impact.

So the magic medication we need, that will undoubtedly change shareholder value for the better, is a DEAL !!! It is as simple as that. A deal is the knockout punch.

Now PC was very vocal at the AGM that he anticipated a deal late 2014, or certainly early 2015.

And now consider this.

What do you think will happen to our investment upon POET announcing a deal of significance?

Whether it be a JV or an early adopter wanting exclusivity for PET/POET (and writing a large check for the priviledge).

The outcome is obvious.

So now, during times like these, we ask ourselves 2 primary basic questions :-

1.0 Do you believe that PET / POET is a transformational disruptive technology?

2.0 Do you belive in Management and the technology team?

If your answer is yes to both, you can sleep well tonight.

I have seen many stocks endure the rollercoaster ride until something of a solid deal comes forth.

In the event a deal of significance comes forth for POET, our investment could triple or quadruple in a week or 2, perhaps a little longer. And then the NASDAQ as per PC.

On that note, I'm going to relax with my family, demolish a glass or 2 of red wine, and sleep well.
