Just listened to the presentation in its entirety and revitalized my excitement for what's to come. Dan reiterated (around 25:40 of presentation) the fact that there is:

"nothing really special about the testing at least electronically, the photonics its no different than anything you do with CMOS. Again were not reiventing the wheel to be able to dsign, manufacture, or test this stuff"

Based on this statement, I believe the question remains WHEN and not IF PTK will succeed. Given the current partners they have working on this, this further reinforces the point for myself.

ALSO - In recently speaking with CC, he reiterated to me the fact that no TRUE insider has sold one single stock with the exception of DR.Taylor, and this required management approval and was for personal reasons. He still holds ~4M shares (compared to 300k sold).

Unfortunately, for those who do not have a more intimate idea as to what PTK has in store for silicon, to the outside world for now, this along with Sheldon's sale shine a negative light on things.
