I am sure AM knows about the STRONG position of POET.

To have exclusivity on Poet eg. for smartphones has a huge value for a company like Apple. But my prediction is that to proceed their business without Poet will kill Apple or any of their competitors.

So I guess it is easy to judge which options will bring more value, and in addition more freedom for Poet!
