Lucky - As a precursor to what I'm about to say, no I’m not invested in PNP and don't expect to be in the future. In my opinion, investing in PNP is simply investing in a diluted form of PTK, marred by a slew of resource stocks you may or may not want to own. If you believe in PTK, I would simply stick to holding a pure form of PTK without investing in a company whose fund only holds X% in Poet. In not being a fan of the Venture altogether I'd rather not make that investment. Also, PNP’s track record isn't that great. Though I thank Sheldon for saving the company 2 years back, that’s about all I thank him for. At this point in time, I would rather have Sheldon replaced with a stronger institutional holder. Just my 2 cents.
