Guys, this is just some temporary office space, in a place where Ajit hangs out normally, so it's not anything to get too excited about. It's convenient for Ajit, and that's great. And if it's just him and an assistant, it's probably well under 3,000 sq ft, even with a good sized conference room. It also could be they are just subleasing a couple of offices along with the right to use a conference room - could be very nice, but very modest cost-wise. Until they sign a lease for their more permanent quarters (a lease of at least 3 years), they will have very little investment in Silicon Valley, office-wise; they already have a tremendous investment in Silicon Valley personnel-wise.
