Scary, this is the sign of a maturing organization. Fact is Peralta doesn't have the deep semi industry experiece we need at this stage of the game. They have to make room on the board to bring in more experienced industry professionals.

The big picture is simple AM is taking on a larger role and AM is the one that will lead us to industry penetration and recognition, not Peralta. This is no slight against the latter at all.

The changes will continue and I look forward to them.
