Hi Chris On the agoracom board, a gentleman named Geoff sent you a question regarding a dual or single exchange presence. You had replied that as far as you knew, they were looking at a single Nasdaq listing. A client of mine who has invested through the Venture exchange and is a Canadian, like myself, raised this concern: "If they go strictly NASDAQ, there could be implications for those of us who wish to keep USD holdings under $100k in order to avoid IRS reporting." Can you speak to that concern? Once a Nasdaq listing is achieved can they not remain as a Venture stock as well? Given that the vast majority of shares are Canadian held, I would think that this could and should be a significant consideration for the company as to whether to hold dual exchange listings or not.
