Insiders have 5 calendar days to file their transactions on SEDI.ca. However the insider trader markers are automated markers that appear daily on the site below for all Canadian stocks. All insiders are required to flag all of their brokerage accounts with a tag that indicates they are an insider of particular stocks.

Any time a transaction by an insider in a Canadian stock occurs on a Canadian exchange, the marker automatically gets triggered, collected and posted daily here:

While the list shows only the Top 10 by value and volume on both the TSX and TSXV, you can search by symbol every day to find if there were any insider transactions that occurred.
