According to the last news release:

"The Board has set a target of early 2015 to appoint the new CEO for the Company and a few other senior executives during the latter part of the year 2015."

According to the latest Corporate Presentation:

Initial NRE revenues expected to start in 2015

§ End customer NRE, Foundry NREs, or a combination thereof

However this doesn't mean that NRE's couldn't be announced at anytime even though the revenue won't start until 2015.
