I do not have the expertise to know when to expect phones and tablets with POET in them, however I do expect to see, in the very near future, which company we can expect to provide us with these items. This is due to the exclusivity rights POET is offering. I would think that this would stop any procrastination by a company waiting to "see what happens" as they could get locked out by their competition. So either Google, Samsung, Apple, Microsoft or some other company or companies in conjunction with one another will be doing some licencing sooner than later. IMO
