In addition to the other reasons that have been pointed out earlier they probably don't want to be classed as vapourware. Probably like most people on here I receive lots of promoted (pumped) stock info on "cutting" edge technology in my inbox. 98% of it is penny stock pumping and junk that is biased in favour of the company and not believable. It wouldn't surprise me if they have consciously decided not to promote until they have a credible partner signed with a verifiable "product" that has been bought or committed to. They don't want to be classed as vapourware. Also it is expensive and time consuming to promote effectively. It is good that they are focusing on the essentials at this time. They are a small team and have to carefully devote their time to the KEY developments and discussions.
