Your "solution" seems to me to be a tad on the heavy-handed side. After all, there is the school of thought that everyone has purpose. Perhaps rather than killing those of smaller stature perhaps we could employ them to perform tasks suited to their altitudes. Like washing the bellies of certain animals or picking up where others left off. Dont get me wrong I love a good burning and head staking, but in our kindler gentler world perhaps other methods in dealing with "those people" could be utilized effectively while still being entertaining.
