I admire and respect your posts David but this line is incorrect, in my opinion:

It also indicates that revenues are not expected until 2015, and such a statement means there may be no money for the next 12 months.

I expect that we will see revenue long before 12 months has expired....from what they have told us, there is no reason not to believe it.

I do agree with the rest, especially the "bleating" part...
