POET - Future Technical Milestones and 2015 Roadmap

If all goes to the plan we'll see two more milestones accomplishments:

1) Q4-14 - PET Foundation PDK (Process Design Kit) targeting 40nm (V 1.0)

Design rules and parameters library modelsfor PET process.Devices include complementary HFETand HBT transistor and a thyristor with bothoptical and electrical operation.

2) Q4-14 - 3rd Party Foundry 40/100nm transfer

Bring up critical layers manufacturing capability in external foundry. Accelerates completion of development and optimization learning cycles on 100 and 40nm structures. Also enables more complex test structures.

Q: in regards to "Q4-14 - 3rd Party Foundry 40/100nm transfer", if news released, wouldn't PTI (POET Tech Inc.) be obligated to disclose who the foundry collaborater/partner is?

I'm leaning towards GloFlo, makes more sense as far as foundry goes but that's just me.
