Jackthebear, I agree with reaching USD 4.00 or more, and this could happen in the next 6 months. But who knows how long those NDAs will go! POET Technologies could sucessfully reach the 40 nm target and deliver the PDK, but without a partner announcement the share prise could still rise only moderately.

In the long term, however, I am definitely in the $70+ club.
