No doubt, naked shooters are deserving these penalties, and I enjoy every time I can see these buy ins. I just wonder why the seller to tsx should earn this penalty. Logical would be if tsx would buy the necessary shares from the next possible bid positions (which could lift the SP nicely) and then adding the 10% penalty. This would hurt hard!

Other question: what would happen if tsx can not find the necessary amount off shares in the +10% bid? SP could explode (I have some nice positions with a bid of 50 EUR sitting there ;-)
