I will wait for tonight to transfer and take the lower price for the day. The price works for me because of my base price I will not have to take gains or losses. When transferring you can't declair losses. Once I tried to get around that by selling on my cash account and buying in my TFSA but TD called me on it. They didn't do anything but made me aware of it. If you choose to do that wait a couple of days to do the second transaction.
