Just to update for RBC clients, they can only transfer when market is open. I waited 20 minutes and got through at 4:02 so they couldn't do it today. They did offer to call me Monday morning when the market opens so I don't have to wait in line again. And, I assume it will be at the going price when I speak to them. First world problems !!
