Income tax when transfering?

Did anyone transfert fromm RRSP to TFSA today? If so did you have to pay the income taxes right away.

My TFSA is empty so the limit i am allow to transfert is pretty but i am not sure if i can postpone the tax payment on the transfert or if i have to pay it right away.

Anyone?
