I thought about this as well JR but the government will try to close as many loop holes as possible to get their due. So my plan is this - by investing myself - I believe I won't have to pay the management fees the RRSP folks try to get ( I may be wrong ). Then once PTK hits the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow ( fingers crossed ), I will be in touch with a good accountant to look into ways to reduce the taxes as much as possible. The money paid for this service should more then pay for the money they can save me ( I hope ). I do have plans to set up a small chariy company to provide services to communities - give back to society. But also enjoy life's pleasures..... cars, motorcycles and traveling!
