That is what I got out of it too. No direct mention of not needing to do financing because of this good financial situation. No more specific completion date, just Q1 vs in a few weeks, etc.

But I still see this as good since eveything is progressing according to the timeline, which really are not deadlines. No problems to report is good. This is like an attempt to allay the fears of retail. IMHO
