I believe POET will need to be manufactured in China if it makes it into the mobile market. I do agree that there are some IP theft issues but to achieve market share they need to be competitively priced. I honestly feel that if they ever did announce Poet chips are to be manufactured in China that would indicate massive volume IMO.
