PET Foundation Process Design Kit ("PDK") targeting 40-nm - Sentaurus modeling (a Synopsys tool) has been performed with new fabrication innovations to achieve controlled scaled device operation. These modeling predictions are guiding and confirming the device prototype development and testing.
