Thanks for your post, Fairchij! I caught up with this forum only now, because I have been busy lately releasing a new Nuklearia flyer about radiation: http://nuklearia.de/strahlung/. (This post is off-topic, as you might have noticed. Still there might be some vague relation between nuclear and POET, because uranium-dioxide has great optical properties as a semiconductor. However, while you could build very efficient solar cells from it, it is not well suited for small structures, because of, em, obvious reasons.)
