They have very good skills, but that may not be the only key you need. Remember Poet's plan for a paradigm change in the semiconductor industry :-)

I would go away from money saving arguments, if that was the argument than Poet would never have hired Ajit. For me Poet is right in the middle of transforming from a David to a Goliath.
