How do you come to that conclusion jets?

Almost all the board members, to my knowledge, are Canadian (AM is the exception).

Currently, controlling interests would need approx. 90M shares total, and fully diluted, 115M+/-.

I'm not sure what difference it makes, but does anyone know how/if this could be ascertained?
