Job Description
Design and develop semiconductor and photonic devices using RSOFT, MATLAB, COMSOL, Ledit and Agilent ADS. Develop and implement test procedures and evaluate semiconductor and photonic devices using Agilent Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer, Optical Spectrum Analyzer and Network Analyzer. Design, develop and validate the Technology Design Kit for POET systems and devices using Sentaurus. Provide technical notes and documents for documentation and proposals.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering required. 2 years of related research experience in photonics required.
