40 NM Milestone

In the CP ,,mangement stated that the 40 NM milestone would come in Jan. There are 6 more trading days left in Jan. as of today... Will this be one of the most important milestones ?? I would think it is as it would mean that PTK is getting that much closer to a product to license.. I really,, really hope that we get a NR next week announcing the completion of this milestone ..
