I see your point, and can appreciate the big picture of having an entity buy a stake in Poet. I would think the Premium would matter to Pinetree, depending on what their cost/share is?

That Premium would provide Poet, us, the rest of the investment community and the industry with a current "valuation" of Poet, would it not?
