Do you not think we are beyond the stage where the new CEO needs that proof etc before he signs? With Ajit leading the search, I would imagine the new CEO is all ready to sign. It would also make sense that he does, before the SP goes in the direction we're all expecting. I can imagine a lot of options will be made available to him/her.
