But:

Selling 1/10th of its PTK assit will drop the SP - let us say about 10%. Then the situation is:

dept/asset: $4,1 /($9 - $0,9) , this makes again 50%.

So selling just makes sense in a block trade, - and best if SP for this block is $2 (by the way a bargain for someone who aims in a significant stake of POET without skyrocketing the SP!);

then the dept/NAV ratio is ($5-$2)/$9 = 33% et voila, PNP is cured :-)
