the Chinese are sitting on a mountain of US treasuries, might as well make the best of it while the USD is sitting at all time highs wrt the other fiat currencies.

POET is sure taking its sweet time about issuing news regarding the 40nm, which is labelled in the corporate presentation for JAN 2015.
