There's no reason to be disappointed about the last NR. As has been rehashed here often, you cannot exactly estimate how long things will take. Most often they are taking longer than expected, especially if you do it for the first time and especially if techies make the estimates. This is normal and no reason to worry or sell. IMHO, of course.
