OK, I guess I will give some further info to clarify.
It is such a pity that there are also dishonest companies in the tech market ruining the reputation of other companies - like POET, with real disruptive technology. During my discussions about POET with many friends I frequently found this problem: POET - this can not be true, it must be a frault. But, we all did our DD, and we can be assured that POET is the real and big disruptive technology.
It is different with these nanoflux cells:
For those who understand German, take a look here:

This is from Swiss newspapers, the story about the former company of Mr. L, NLV holdings AG in Lichtenstein. He "invented" the alfa-solar cell and "proofed" its disruptive technology powering a similar "green supercar" («Pyradian high-performance thin-film solar cell» and a «plasma reactor for electric power generation»). An older lady invested 44Mio CHF, finally- after a court case, received some of this investment back. But Mr. L was not sentenced, as the frault was too obvious. It seems he even winded up the car builders SAAB and Koenigsegg. But since 2009 - silence. And a new project, nano-flow...
By the way, Mr. L. purchased his PhD, and noone knows where he studies physics; well, possibly this kind of physiks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jkvUpja623k
So please see that there is really no comparison to our Dr. Taylor, who is a hardworking, genius scientist!!!
