If you go to http://patentscope.wipo.int/search/docservicepdf_pct/id00000027949734.pdf and scroll down to page 4 the original filing date (or should I say the prior application PCT/US/51265 filing date is 2012-08-17.

Page 9, Geoff signed the document on July 12, 2013.

POET Tech Inc. back then was called Opel Solar Inc. (actualy if you go to http://www.poet-technologies.com/2011/?cat=1) was also using Opel Technologies Inc.

In 2013 it became POET Technologies Inc. http://www.poet-technologies.com/opel-technologies-inc-changes-name-to-poet-technologies-inc/
