The effect the rating had on hub leaders was not immediate when I tested it out last year with the ratings, but it was consistant. And who knows, Agoracom might have changed the algorithm since then.

The reason I brought the subject up is to emphasize that the list is not definitive and Eileen (or anyone for that matter) should not feel slighted if she doesn't appear on the list from time to time.
