She's not showing up a hub leader because her rating has dropped to 3.6

That's what I meant by popularity points in my earlier post. It has nothing to do with her value as a member of this board. Everyone here knows what she brings in terms of value.

3.7 seems to be the threshold. When someone is on the border they may slip on and off the hub leader list. Nothing to worry about.
