Could be strategically keeping price down on behalf of company but I doubt it. For a very long time TD and Anon have been significant buyers / sellers (usually to each other) and some have speculated here that it is the same entity. Flipping shares, moving the price drawing in new buyers and sellers and profiting on the few pennies on the spread each day. IMO they like this price range here for day or short term trading purposes.

Your suggestion that they are keeping it down for option granting implies the company is directing this which doesn't make sense as AM's options are well out of the money at this price. I think it's just their trading formula and they've been doing this a very long time. IMO.
