As far as I can say we haven't seen it here in Bloomberg in Germany yet. I definately know we can't see or via the online stream of Bloomberg. For the TV I'll try to let you know. But in a German Forum there are some people very keen to see the ad "here & live" in the TV. Till now I don't think we could.
