From PNP homepage (I guess 30.9.2014):

12,346,185 common shares
1,500,000 warrants expire Feb 14, 2015
2,500,000 warrants expire Sep 13, 2015
1,000,000 warrants expire Sep 27, 2015
2,775,385 warrants expire Feb 12, 2016

So it seems 1 Mio shares from the February warrants are missing ?!
Did someone see that they sold them?
