I don't have confirmation yet from TMX, but (to be polite) let's just say the state appeared to be "less accurate than it could have been".

the plan was for them to chuck all the data and re-populate from scratch, based on a refresh directly from the Transfer Agent's records.

the only thing better would be to have had Kevin scan & send raw data from the company share register.

with Q4 due out any day now, it may not match either, I don't know (and Chris hasn't gotten back to me yet, maybe Kevin is still looking into it).

it might be good as-is, or it might take until Q1 reporting period if Q4 is already put to bed (we'll see). either way, no need to get anybody's knickers in a twist, it'll all get taken care of soon enough.

big fat footnote: the discrepancies were observed in TMX data only.

I did not pull the CSA/SEDAR or SEC/EDGAR filings to compare. speculating ... maybe TMX blew their database in the QuantumXA upgrade last fall or fell over themselves with a-hundred-plus recent t/o update events for PTK.

but kudos to TMX, they sure are mighty quick to react when you explain to them what's wrong.
