Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm under the impression that these BUY INS are shorts that can't be matched with available free stocks (stocks that brokerages hold) so they have to be sold at a penalty price of a couple cents above market valve which the brokage house that sells stock to them makes a little profit. It doesn't seem to make the share price move. Don't you think these should be sold in the market? If they were maybe we could get a short squeeze happening.That would be fun to watch.
