Well I think Peter did a great job, much better than before and his confidence and guidance was very reassuring especially for the Nasdaq listing. With regards to our high share count i think it quite the contrary. Had warrants not been an issue over the past few weeks there would have been a scarcity of shares for sale (not counting the normal market manipulation) and when the word gets out there will be a big demand for those shares hence driving the price to Nasdaq requirments.
