Message: London Video Presentation

I have said before, marketing is a science of many facets. Numbers, psychologies, human frailties, and even colour comfort are among the many components of the science. Humans tend to act first and think later, hence impulse buying habits So as this goes, generally the same said can apply to humans analytical skills. "The stock market is risky, I would rather have my money in equity mutual funds".

I have now reviewed the video for a fourth time. Here are some of the interesting musings taken from it. My opions only, based on my experience only. The main point or points on the surface is that it gives those without road map or flight plan understanding, a direction to follow and believe in.

Interesting aspects......

Sound and presentation quality has been mentioned and noted. The lack of "polish" may have been intended. Possibly because of the want to make it a relaxed and informal situation ? Possibly because it will eventually be used as a primer for other brokerages or institutional situations ? Possibly because the management is not worried about perception knowing all the while they hold the bag of gold ? There is the possibility that the technology on hand was of a base variety or bare minimum quality and not designed for the presentation or A/V usage of that type. Lastly, yes there could have been a smoother narration as well, however the message is what makes the sizzle and not the chef in this case. I really think we are being picky for absolutely unecessary reasons here as PC and AM sound like they knew and know what they are doing.

Also mentioned was why all the brass was there ?, for one single show. Could have been show of strength, message to the visitors that "your important". It could also be as some have said, a further visitation to other brokerages, other institutional groups, NASDAQ Europe representitives, etc. This is an important and telling factor, because no one spends that amount of money to go overseas to do one presentation. The other dates/personnel are no doubt confidential for a number of reasons not the least of which would or could be impingement on existing NDA's ?

Mention was made of pending and potential deals, and using these as a catalyst to gain and manage a listing on the top tier of the NASDAQ global exchange.

This is signiifcant in fact. Institutional investors will want the senior exchange first before a nickle goes in from them. Most important is the global audience, and soap box it will give for PTK to spread its message. You can bet more polished at that poiunt for the global audience.

Many clues were given to aforemetioned road map. A genteel warning regarding overshot targets as well, as nothing in the technology business is perfectly planned due to the myriad of potential delays encountered. One of interest in particular too me was PC statement of being a "capital markets" guy. Could there be a better man to lead the NASDAQ charge than someone of this expertise and knowledge ? On the business side, who then will be the new man in the chair ? The fact AM commented the way he did tells me he will become a "Chairman Emeritus" into the future. Both men had a heightened sense of excitement in their words, akin to a child on his/her way through the gates of Disneyland for the first time.

SUMMARY

A teaser commercial, a video with virtually complete business plan for the next 6-12 months out now. Major milestone and related news developments to come in short order. A veritable lineup of interested parties and multi-billion dollar companies at the door. Partnerships, licencees, and NRE revenue to come. It does seem Christmas 2015 may have come to us, a little early ?.

I will get to all the PM respoinses later today/tonight, thanks for your patience.
