No doubt, what the poet team did here was extraordinary!
Let us face the fact, POET is a venture company. We all here know that they do not belong to the venture. So next to the presentation of a ton of DD they did absoluely the right thing. They sold trust! And at this stage it is all about this trust.
A comment to the theory that institutional investors would not dare to invest in POET as long as they are not listed on the NASDAQ:
This is ture for many funds,
but there are plenty of small cap funds, and so called grass root investors, "scouts" looking out for the next big bang and the earliest stage of investing. They have little of these strict rules. Their only benchmark is success. Often these funds are not public, but looking for opportunities for groups of persons with very big pockets. We will see soon...
