This topic was brought up earlier today without much interest, but I would like to re-

visit this topic again, if I may..Peter mentioned that the "ducks were all in lined up", and

it was time for a new CEO. As mentioned a while back on the board, the Global Semi-

conductor Forum is is Shanghi, China next month, March 11th-13th.

So, I'm thinking what a perfect opportunity to show the world our new CEO, maybe have

the news released a day, or week prior to the forum. It just makes sence to have our

new CEO there to make bussiness connections with the industry heads.
