Based on the facts we know from the NR in November indicating a search had commenced, and the update in early January that they had a few candidates they were mulling over, and PC mentioning in the London Video the need for a CEO as they transition to the NASDAQ to help secure partnerships/deals, I believe it is far from "groundless speculation" that the CEO might be in place prior to the end of March 2015.
